As the vampire stayed behind while he screamed in pain, Veronica and Ignacio, tired, injured and now without any weapons, ran across the dance floor and then through the tables as they approached another door near them.

The deafeningly loud music was still blasting through the place.

-Please, please, please- Ignacio said as they were hoping to find a path to another exit or at least something to defend themselves.
