Willan and Cadeyrn are traveling together, looking for work in every settlement they find. Willan the dog is a heavy weight with a strong arm and a strong heart, ready to offer his strength and his battle prowess to whoever need it in those not quite tamed times. As for Cadeyrn, the self-taught mage got some troubles with the powers in place, and though he's quite learnt in his art and in ecology (and especially spiritual ecology). So when the two met, it appears quite quickly their situation forced them to have a nomadic life and that their skills and mind were quite complementary.

Little did they know, their next adventure would change their reality.
