Is Taisuko using a language that Google Translate works on? If so could/would you put a text transcript of the dialogue in the description so we can translate it ourselves?
I have been tempted to write a humorous 'tanslation' of her (their?) dialogue.
How does Taisuko's communication/talking work? Does she not understand Snake's speech at all or does she understand but cannot (or will not) speak even a few simple words like, "I don't understand."

Go for it! You have my permission to translate away, comically or otherwise. I'm using Japanese to represent the second language spoken on this planet (mostly because inventing my own language seems like a huge pain), and it SHOULD work with Google Translate as I'm trying to learn it properly and portray what's being said by anyone speaking that language as accurately as I can. Any mistakes are 100% mine. It works with their image translate feature too. This comic is written for English speakers by an English speaking author, so when I said they're saying exactly what YOU think they're saying, I mean it. I want people to feel like they're not missing out on whatever is being said. Though there is some beauty in my eyes at least how Japanese doesn't always translate cleanly into English, and as I try to learn more of the language I like to play around a little bit inside that space.
As for how it works, honestly I'm still feeling this character out, but I feel like Taisuko might simply refuse to speak Shtago, the language represented in the story by English. They fully understand when it is spoken to them, but for some reason or another, they seem unwilling or unable to speak it back. Be that because of some traumatic misunderstanding in their past, a personal code of some sort, or some other mental tic, I really can't say. Among their people in the tunnels under the city, of course, it's more common to communicate with Takaigo, so it isn't a problem for them below the surface.
Google sugar-coats it a bit there, by my understanding:
ふざけんな (Fuzaken-na) is a wonderful word/phrase I wish we had an equivalent for in English. Literally, it's sort of like "quit fooling around" but when shouted angrily it effectively means, "quit fucking around!" "stop fucking up!" "fuck you!" and "don't be a fucking idiot!" all at once. "Don't mess with me" is the politest possible translation. Taisuko absolutely does not mean it politely.
くそおーっ Kuso... is, literally translated, "shit" in reference to excrement. Uttered as an expletive in this form it's more like "Shiiiiiit."

Yeah, Google doesn't tend to translate profanity or expressions well. One example I know of is when you see Google translate something from Russian as "pancakes" (when a slightly more accurate version might be "cow pies").
