Just a little concept drawing of a dramatic moment featuring Celestia looking like she got mixed up and dropped into a volume of Berserk.
The idea is that since I will be very loosely (And I mean VERY loosely) following the story of MLP: FiM, there IS an episode where an alteration to the timeline leads to a weirdly short-lived adventure. In this version however, Celestia gets sent to a timeline 500 years ago where she didn't become an alicorn, the animal alliance never happened, and Equestria didn't unite. However, even in a hopeless timeline, she managed to not only fight back the Heartless but also re-founded Equestria and over the years learned how to undo the spell to bring her back home. Battle-worn, scarred, missing a wing and part of her horn, but not broken.
