Pastel will always just want to hug every single balloon she sees. They make her happy so it's best to just let her. However sometimes it might be a good idea to cover your ears if she starts hugging it a bit too hard because she probably pops more balloons accidentally by hugging them than she does when trying to pop them on purpose.
