A wandering poet and musician who plays a strange flute (the source of his unusual powers). He is capable not only of raising and controlling the dead, but also of charming and leading away the weak-willed, either as revenge or for entertainment.

"A bit of a bard, a bit of a cardsharp, a bit of a storyteller, and of course, a villain" Arkaim is not exactly a sweetheart.
After acquiring an artifact flute, he gained the abilities of both a necromancer and a "ratcatcher."
He is capable of raising the dead from their graves and controlling them, as well as putting to rest the undead raised by others. He can also seduce and lead away those who cannot resist music.
The melody played at any given moment is secondary; it all depends on the musician, but the demon, as with masks, has created a set of melodies (honestly stolen from other worlds) for different occasions.
