The snowfall gradually covering the outdoors in a layer of white was clearly visible through the windows. The fresh snow was completely undisturbed, with not even a single footprint marring its surface, with nothing other than the snowflakes moving outside.

Inside was much less cold... but still far from warm. The living room was the warmest spot thanks to the fireplace there, but as you walked in, the dragoness on the chaise lounge glanced up and lifted up the blanket covering her, wearing just her nightgown but still kept cozy by the thickness of the red blanket she was holding up. Though she scooted back to make some space, you'd have to press right up against her to fit on the chaise with her... but that wouldn't be so bad.

"Come on and join me," she invited. "I'll help you keep warm..."

I'm a big fan of the winter, being Canadian and all, so I wanted to get something winter-themed, and Xizzdot delivered. Actually, correction: she more than delivered, she absolutely knocked it out of the park. The pose, the background, the expression, and of course the dragoness herself, this is definitely one of Xizzdot's best. Maybe I'm a little biased given exactly who is in the picture, but I really do think this is a gorgeous piece.

I specifically asked for a chaise lounge here specifically to leave some room for Shaaria's wings, as there's no way a regular could would have room for them. But a chaise, with its low back, would work just fine, while still being cozy. It might be even cozier if you came to join me, though...
