I honestly couldn't think of a better title, but at least this has a nice little alliteration about it and pretty much describes the picture. Technically it's a snake woman (a nameless snake woman), but whatever. I guess I'll call her Sarah.
EDIT: After a discussion with Nishi, I decided to change the background on this picture a bit. Hopefully the horizon is more congruent with the angle we are at and the water looks a bit more like water. Also, I added a diamond pattern to her back.
