Well, build/figure rarely has anything to do with sexuality. He just has that figure and he hates it which has been pointed out before in the comic.
His preferred hairstyle is just long, which also doesn't equal gay. Feminine? Yes. Gay? No.
Note that in this arc (and in future ones where it's not a formal occasion) it's very messy. Compare that to the Dinner Plans arc previously where it's an occasion where his mother was responsible for having him brush it because it was an informal party with people visiting the house. Sure it really girls him up to comb it out, but again looking girly has nothing to do with sexuality itself.
His attire, even if it was full on cross dressing (though yes he does dress occasionally androgynous) also doesn't equal gay. In fact, being a transvestite (people who cross dress and still identify as the gender they are born as) does not mean they're gay.
And not sure what part of the personality makes him gay. Unless innocent/friendly = gay?
But that's kind of the thing about Sasha and writing him, he challenges folks to question what they think is the norm, so it's no big deal really. I just thought I'd clarify. X)

Well, they're a specific type of dragon, so they are. They're just different and go by their own species name first rather than be referred to as dragons, due to their rather rocky history with an evil, tormenting entity entitled as such and claiming to be a true DRAGON.
