Everyone carries a Shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual’s conscious life, the blacker and denser it is. If an inferiority is conscious, one always has a chance to correct it. Giving Magenta a coat was prolly not the smartest idea, he already looks kinda like a purple goth version of Melody, but I'm gonna excuse it with "style"... and besides, Melody does not have a Lovecraftian horror in her brain, as far as I know anyway. And with a rpemise like that, I couldn't NOT use this pink floyd quote. The idea of the shadow archetype is an idea i return to quite often, as much bullshit as jungian psychology is, it's a concept that's very useful for storytelling.
