While not a large city, it is an ancient cultural relic of the northern Vavmahy culture.
The Tesotiseon are a very conservative people who adhere to strict beliefs revolving around self-restraint, modesty, and purity. Their interwoven, gregarious society was used as a model in the northern reformation. However, many unpopular aspects of their social practices were eschewed to make their societal model palpable to other cultures ( especially defected Somareon ).
