hell yeah hell yes. I understand why it's been a somewhat divisive adaptation of the classic story, but it's just suuuch a gorgeous movie I can't not love it and watch it three times haha

im also a huge fan of the characters' designs, esp the monster himself. I'm a huge fan of the original book so it's nice to see the beautiful eeriness described :)
