My Kitsune was and still is my main form, and become even more important to me in recent weeks. Therefor I commissioned  misteriawolfe once more, after she already did the Shiba Inu, to create a new Kitsune Mod in SL, but with a new design.

My kitsune is, like me, transgender. Born as a boy named Orion, he was never truly happy. As a kitsune, he possesses the ability to shapeshift. It took him a long time to decide to use this ability to transform into a woman, changing her name to Ariona in the process, living more happily every day. After years in which its design remained mostly the same, beside changing her gender, eye colour and number of tails, it was finally time for a new design. I had a rough idea for it and also received advice from friends that I liked and implemented.

This change also comes with an update to her Lore:
"When Ariona's magic awakened, she wasn't yet strong enough to control it. Therefore, the ice magic was sealed within the tips of her tail, which changed colour from black to white. After many years, she finally felt strong enough to unseal the magic. Her ice magic flooded her body, turning her blue fur an icy blue and covering most of the darker parts of her fur, like freshly fallen snow covering up some of the darkness on her soul. At the same time, this process revealed some of the black tips of her tail."
