New updated reference sheet for Bluetail!

Now with cheeks!

Her design has not changed very much, but she has defined the shape of the mask and made some new decorations to go with it. Some iridescent windows added to the ends of the wings were a feature she always wanted to add, but it hadn't felt quite right until now.
