I got the idea, (well my best bud got the idea and then we both filled in the blanks) to draw Scratch performing the famous M.Bison meme OF COURSE!!
Yes I did trace, but it was a challenge to draw the hat, to colour and edit Scratch into this picture. And alll without using Photoshop.
