NAME: Rosa Negra
HEIGHT: 6'2"
WEIGHT: 248 LBS
When FCW owner Tashira Rucson announced that she brought back Rosa Negra to the revived FCW, it shocked nearly everyone. When FCW shut down several years ago, a dispute over money and contracts erupted between Rosa Negra (real name Estrellita Salazar Calderón) and FCW's previous owner company. She filed a lawsuit claiming a breach of contract, and it was finally settled out of court. Afterwards, she continued to perform in various small indy feds throughout the United States, but due to her past in Mexico, she was still blackballed from wrestling there.
Rucson's announcement of her return signaled that the two had mended bridges that were once burned between the two, but journalists, fans, and even some of the FCW staff remained skeptical of her motivations centering around wrestling and entertaining the fans, believing that she's 'in it just for the money and fame'.
