I'm proud to finally introduce, assembled together at long last, Clan Balaan-al-Madhi.
The clan is led by two lords: Tyler Balaan, the cheetah, and his husband, Zayne Kazem Hasan al-Mahdi, the sand cat. Tyler stands apart from rest as he was born a vampire in Indian subcontinent many thousands of years ago but whose family later migrated to the Black Sea where they established a regional kingdom. Zayne, on the other hand, has walked the Earth for over five millennia, and as a mortal served as a temple priest for the goddess Inanna in ancient Sumeria.
Zayne's only sire is the very tall Iberian wolf to his right: Mateo de la Torre. Mateo was born during the Second Punic War in what is now Cartagena in modern Spain and sired by Zayne when he was 22. Mateo is the oldest of Tyler and Zayne's children.
The younger five were all sired by Tyler. In descending order from oldest to youngest, we have:
1) Kristján "Freyr" Jǫðurrsson, an Icelandic Arctic fox who was sired in the 1560s when he was 19.
2) Jaime Johan Rejón, a black jaguar born in Alta California, in what was then New Spain, in the 1620s when he was 19.
3) Vladimir Kalashnikov, a grey wolf and young Russian aristocrat who was sired in the mid-1700s when he was 21.
4) Selim Cholmondeley, a British-Egyptian cheetah scholar from Cairo who was sired in the 1890s when he was 19.
5) Orville "Rosco" Reeves, a former Prohibition-era bootlegger and raccoon from Chicago whom Tyler saved from certain death in 1930, when he was 19.
This lovely family portrait would not exist without the hard work and effort of
crocdragon89 who went well out of their way to create this incredibly intricate group piece. I'm so very thankful to have had the chance to work with them again, and I can't thank them enough for all that they do. Also, this entire arrangement is a collaboration between me and 
gragor. Creating this clan with him was an absolute joy, and I'm so very thankful for every fanciful idea of mine that he's entertained!
