Tova is a 33 year old nidoqueen living in the sonic world. She's pregnant, expecting 3 healthy nidorans. She's quite protective (especially will be of her young). She has the powers of a nidoqueen. She can use items. While she would enjoy participating in races, her current circumstance poses risks (more risks than normal). She's very familiar with travel rings at this point (though distinguishing between travel rings and Hoopa's rings is quite difficult).
