Its logical for machinery to break, all artificial things do, even cybernetic beings like protogens! In this case, Prototrick happened to come across a little malfunction that made all of his stumps loose! And because its really hard to fix himself whilst all of his joints are separated, Prototrick called the only one capable of helping him go back to normal: Humantrick!
The human admits having some knowledge of mechanical and electrical technologies, although when talking about futuristic nanomachines, his knowledge falls short for the job. Even when he found the holographic manual, the whole ordeal was still unfixable. Prototrick still seems to be supportive!
