I was thinking that certain tattoos, for example the pitsausa tail tattoo, first seen on Megistos, works as a sort of handkerchief code among marfolk, some may have these, some may not, but here's the general idea.
I think I'll expand on more of their tattoos sometime! Drawing from existing chars.
