A drawing of Mayerthenese. She's on of my more favorite old creations. She's just a deer. Just a simple, sweet, little Doe. But the clothes she wears are always beautiful and complex and lolita-tastic. I draw her for the pure joy of drawing something innocent and covered in lace and bows.

I'm pretty plased with her dress. Often drawing May is an exercise in drawing well-designed lolita clothes. I pull from many different sources and try to mash something together that looks NICE and isn't the usual attack of pink and bows. I'm a sucker for mint and soft daisy kind of colors in lolita. They're so rare! Not so much the yellow, but the green for sure.

Drew this one to go with my collection of character busts for my GIANT journal full of all of my characters. :3 Will be doing more of those today probably.
