The first thing I notice is that Elmyra is actually calm in this creation. Usually, her particular character makes her into something of an overly energetic and neglectful "caretaker" of animals. In this image, she actually looks as though she's...well, a normal little girl, and not someone who loves to smother her "pets" with love (often times in a literal fashion). In truth, this actually looks to be a good thing, as it gives her a better appeal and makes her more attractive.
The body figure looks slim and sultry, and you did a fine job when it came to her chest proportions; Elmyra always did seem to be the kind of girl that would "fill out" when older. I like that you kept her bow in traditional style, and I think that the teddy bear in the background was a nice touch (and a fair trade, putting in stuffed instead of tortured).
You did a very nice job with this image, and I do hope that more goodness comes your way in the future. Thank you again for sharing such a beauteous creation with so many, my friend.
