This time, I went a little more on the softer-ish side for him. Cliff, Bebop and Coop are main candidates for his personality, but now so is Rodrick Heffley. It just works, I feel (I'll be drawing Rodney's little brother later on).


I'm still thinking on Okuyasu, bc now I have Joseph here and they BOTH fit. But, y'know, brainstorming.


I thought about Artichoke (Buddy Thunderstruck), because A.) I love him sm, B.) he's awesome, C.) I love him so much x2.

I ALSO went with Dennis Burkley, another strong influence imo. I'll glance at older shows/movies that my parents watch and he was such a big, chill, intimidating dude who was really really cool off set. I like that, and I want that for this hyena. So, uh, yeah! (Also dabbled into Myers-Briggs archetypes. I feel like ESTP suits him, but I'll see.)
