It's Beachtime Sirocco ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This time, the party is in a festival city with abundant beaches and an oceanside view. (aka, this is hell)
But that doesn't stop Sirocco from wanting to look nice (for someone special?), so he gets some suitable beachwear. (Call it swimwear and get fireball'd)

Happy to get this done in one sitting during a game session. A few quibbles with some anatomy and such, but I'm not going to stress it.
