I've wanted to this one for years, from the very first moment I first saw its inspiration:*
I did my first sketch 6 years ago, finally decided to sit my ass down & give it a shot. I spent several weeks on & off 'cause I wanted to do something a bit more refined than my usual hit & run sketch style.
* Actually, the original painting inspired a somewhat different idea, which I may also attempt to depict one of these years ...
