One day in the Pridelands, Chase was hungry and decided to search for something to eat. Suddenly, he encounters Janja alone in the Pridelands trying to take down an African Wild Dog pup. He runs over and tackles Janja. Chase was telling Janja sternly to leave as he calls out for the team, but his hunger was taking control of him. Janja sees Chase looking down at him with hunger in his eyes. Janja panicked. He tried to escape but he couldn’t due to being pinned down. Chase’s paws were on him, so he wouldn’t escape. And then, Chase opened his mouth and leaned over to Janja having his jaws close right on his head. Janja soon panicked trying to get out. But Chase was never gonna let him escape so easily. He started gulping him down getting him down to his belly. Janja couldn’t break loose, he started squirming in Chase’s throat but Chase smirked and lifted his head into the air to have help from gravity. Janja could see that he is approaching the stomach. He tried to call out for his clan, but he soon remembered that he could be muffled due to being in a Pup’s tummy. The others soon came over and was shocked at this sight. Janja’s tail was sticking out of Chase’s mouth as he gulps him down. Some of them were shocked and surprised, while some were smiling at this moment. Hey; it’s the Circle of Life they say.
