The younzhii are enemy Dreamers and NPCs that can be found in the Ancient World of Chapter 4. Like their enemy counterparts headmon, Weretoy, and Tomkat, the Younzhii are the base dreamers of Chapter 4, with 460 HP, 12 attack, and 0 defence in their stats. These Dreamers are found from the Tao Mountains area to Maimai Road, respectively. They have a powerful variaton in the Temple Ruins called Huongzhii. These Dreamers are mainly found in abandoned structures or foggy areas, as their camouflage is perfect for these areas. younzhii also feed on small dreamers found in certain places, such as smaller dream bugs. Younzhii also feed on the sap of various trees, makin’ them omnivorous. younzhii in the dreamer world are actually dreamified scrolls. These scrolls come from Shong-Sai (an alternate name for China) and were transferred to the froggitland Museum (an alternate name for France). their name is a play on words between the chinese words for scroll and ghost, respectively. although their only similarity is their behaviour and appearance. younzhii are dreamers with a shape similar to that of a greyish-purple ghost. They have spikes on their backs, These spikes allow them to detect various dangers such as intruders. The younzhii also have three yellow eyes, a ghostly tail, and two arms with two claws. Their arms also have a kind of shoulder pads similar to spikes. The younzhii speak exclusively in Mandarin Chinese with traditional Chinese characters, although with poor grammar. For example, they do not usually use full stops, and they tend to be quite closed off and silent. They seem to behave like animals, waggin’ their tails or howlin’. After completing Chapter 4, these dreamers will appear in funky town with their subspecies in later chapters. Apparently, they also seem to like cake itself. In the burning route, they will try to hide from the group, but they are killed anyway by bein’ burned by kindton and the player's manipulation.
