Kuwabara and Yusuke goes back to the Island of Amami Oshima. Koenma tells them that there's a lost gem called the Whale Tail gem which holds a strong whale spirit. Kuwabara grabs the gem which is part of duo Marine gems. Both spirit detectives discuss about the Whale Tail gem, Yusuke notices Kuwabara face changes, his hands, feet and a tail burst out of his back. Kuwabara realizes he's transformed into anthro Orca.
