At long last, the Moose family gets their big day out at Djinn Con, the magical convention where Genies and Djinns gather to gossip, glow, and judge each other’s fashion choices. Charlene, the glamorous half-breed red djinn mom, is doing her best to stay dignified… which lasts exactly five seconds, because her hyperactive quarter-djinn son Stuart spots Jazir — Majiny’s stylish, sharp-tongued rival — sitting pretty at her booth. And when Stuart’s brain short-circuits from “normal” (That's debateable) to “OMG NEW FRIEND,” he launches himself at her like a caffeinated cartoon missile.
One aggressive hug, several strangled squeaks, and exactly zero personal-space boundaries later, Jazir adds “The Moose Family” to her official Shitlist Scroll, right under “mortals who ask if mayonnaise an instrument.” Charlene is mortified, Jazir is traumatized, and Stuart is thrilled beyond reason. But hey —At least Majiny had fun.
