The Locksmith, aka Paul Harrison, is a villain, specifically the nemesis to Jack Flash. With the ability to put any no living object, within view, into stasis. The object remains still until he unlocks it, letting it keep its momentum, unless an outside force acted upon it during its pause. But in his secret identity, he is unknowingly friends with his great nemesis.
