Fort Miles is part of a former military base that is now Cape Henlopen State Park. A couple years ago these buildings, some of the oldest on the property, were the last barracks still empty, and the only ones boarded up and in disrepair. Now most of these buildings are restored.
In the background is a former World War 2 triangulation tower. There are a total of nine in the park, one of which you can walk up.

I know its not the suggested thing, but I actually prefer power lines in my pictures. I could never understand why people never liked them. To me they add to the photograph. In this case adding to the feeling of distance. Though, I do have to admit, the pole at the center is a bit distracting, and if I do go back to take pictures I'll try to keep it out of the center. Thank you for the critique
