Ok you have a beautiful voice that one could fall in love with but I see two problems. One is your mic it ruins the quality of your voice, I believe there's a program to help fix that though so it's not like you need a new mic. The second problem is that it sounds like you're holding back what you can really do because when you try to hit the higher notes you're flat and on the lower notes you're sharp.
Work on that second one because it does take practice and years of it to be pitch perfect. ^_^
