So this was a toy I saw being reviewed on a food channel and I really wanted to try it

This is a steam juicer. no moving parts just a three chambered steam pot.

the bottom has the water, the middle is the collection chamber, and the top contains what you want to juice

you boil the water the steam breaks down the fruit and the juices trickes throu the sive to collect in the middle chamber. Its even got a built in spigot to make draining the juice easier.

Its said you get more of a yeald then using a regular press juicer, and there is less prep required since soft fruits can be tossed in whole and harder fruits don't need to be peeled

on the left you get the yeild of 1.5 liters of grape juice distilled from 4 pounds, which with no sugar added is not as sweet as store bought but ohhh thats pleasent. on the right you get the left over apples and grapes I had on hand for a slightly sweeter mixture


I plan to go a little hog wild with this, my next attempt is going to be a jalapeno and citrus (wonder if I can find Pomelo im starting to love that flavor) mix just to see if I can get something sweet and tingly
