That's a current issue Navy female uniform. She's a Petty Officer, Second Class, as evidenced by the perched eagle and two chevrons on her garrison cap and her collar. She has also earned her Surface Warfare insignia (the ship with the crossed cutlasses above her ribbons, on her considerable chest).

The other way to tell is that the Air Force stopped wearing khaki decades ago, and never wore it with or over navy pants or skirts.

Bunneh! I like the colours~. They mix and match very well, and the figure is amusing (it's sexy, and the way the outfit stays on despite the figure is the funny/amusing part ;3). So many jokes about Air Bunny now though~
