I've been having a block as far as it comes to well-constructed disneyesque artwork, which is unfortunately just about everything I owe u_u I'm working on sketches but they all look like turds n_n I physically cannot turn out anything that looks good; especially faces, they are all melting and I just ragequit each time. How convenient this happens less than a week before I start school full time, how groce.

So I took a break, turned on some Kent, and did this, a looser, more painty thing (for some reason, painting reaaaaaallly helps me chill out. I love it and should do it more, and it makes me wonder if my main style wasn't ~meant to be~ painterly) that's also a simple headshot and rather half-assed. Did it help? IDK I hope so, we'll find out tomorrow (later today, I guess)

Not used to using colours this way. Critiques are v. appreciated on any of this, halfassed though it is.

Interesting how I wasn't going for the "limited palette" look, but it turned out that way anyway! I guess it's influence from the propaganda badges :V
