That's a Monastic Axiom.
It's singularity: one-sided.

But aren't people real?
If people are real, and they actually do exist, and have blood and bones, then they are facts, and should be treated as such.

In reality, result follows law. For example: A car will produce exaust and move, because of what is inside of it [the motor and the fuel]. Also, a body will produce certain behaviors, values, works and choices, depending on what kind of experiences, genes, soul and understandings are put into it.

Unloving persons, in any case, are deterministically existing in their condition. If they had a different birth, a different society, different parents, and a different sort of life, which supports and produces lovingness, they would be loving and more kind.

So, I would say there is no true or false love. There is simply love, to some degree, and what comes out was determined by what was held within.

At no point should one tourment themselves by expecting the world to be what it is not, or expecting a parter to do anything other than what they have done and been. But an expectation of reality can only come with a complete understanding of reality. So, any sort of friction in ANY relationship originates within a lack of understanding, wisdom or enlightenment, and then suffering of friction may arise as a result.
