Why I made this piece- a little complicated to explain.
I have a lot of obscure interests, and because I rarely find people in person with these same interests, I spend a lot of time on the Internet. And who knew that people around the world share the same obscure interests as I do?! I think it's fascinating to know what countries my fellow Internet users come from. So, I wanted to make it clear that I'm from the U.S.A. with my scalesona posing in front of the Stars and Stripes for those who are curious. But more importantly, I think it's cool how I am to an extent representing the U.S., even though its for fun, non-serious matters like playing online live chess and Go and posting furry art. Overall, I'm extremely lucky and grateful to live in the U.S.
And last, we undoubtedly love dinosaurs here!

You're Puerto Rican? Cool! Little did I know. Awesome how there are some anthro animal enthusiasts from the Caribbean too.
Exactly my point- I can never tell what counties my fellow Internet users come from unless they indicate it. I just like knowing. Not only that, but because anthro animal characters can be so universal, it's interesting to discover that art you've been relating to can actually come from a county that's completely foreign to you.
