Thanksgiving, Harvest Festival, call it what you want. I got invitations to three dinners. Or was it four? I lost count. I probably shouldn't have accepted them all, but it's hard to turn down a kind gesture. Or four. It didn't help that my business associate / instigator Ambrosia encouraged me to not let anybody down, and after the second one I still should have had the good sense to stop.
And if anybody makes any "turkey" comments I'll... well, you'd better stay out of reach, is all!
