TRANSCRIPT
After a moment, one of the farmers across the road tossed some concussive grenades that momentarily interrupted STEEL, giving us the chance to return fire.
After that it came clear STEEL wasn't to win. Some started surrendering, but one nearby the now-disabled prison convoy opened it up. Initially I thought he was freeing them, and so did the others. As such nobody fired on him.
But as he rounded up the prisoners in front of him, we realized he was creating a shield. And we couldn't get a clear shot. He was ultimately the last holdout at this point so all eyes were on him.
One of the farmers tried talking the guy down, playing into them being former STEEL and the comradery soldiers once had, but he didn't budge.
He ordered the prisoners to get into the last remaining operable truck. Some obeyed, but 4 others didn't. To show them he was serious, he executed one disobeying prisoner then and there
