Trying to flesh out some characters. I'm getting a solid idea what I want to do between Hati and the hounds, in "Howl of the Far Roads":

This species of demons can transform, what they call 'Feral form'.
Hati has this thing; unlike other demons, she cannot control hers. At all. Her own family has kept her hidden. She'd be given a Silvewane potion if she'd be in danger of losing control - and if that didn't help, she'd be locked up to prevent her from harming anyone.

The hounds were the first people to do the opposite. They did not attempt to chain her or medicate this transformation; instead they embraced it. After being allowed to run wild, in the midst of playing around with this beast, they realized she's not acting hostile anymore.
Imagine the shock when she finally woke up (with no recollection of what had happened) and realized she was not treated like a threat for the first time in her life.

I need to draw them in their transformations next. :)
