I did not x°D
BUT I did make this gif by composing the two gifs (talking and idle) over the background so their color palette might already have been limited, plus the OG resulting gif was 1920*1080 and then I scaled it down so the longer side was 900px
(it also helps a lot that Gaeus has a very limited color palette by himself, you can see in my other PNGtubers, especially Madelynn, how the crunchiness shows itself but hey! It's to be expected with gifs after all)
