One wonders if the heat of the slice effects speed since when it first turns up the hot grease is usually pooling underneath, thereby providing a smooth covering which would be ideal for sliding.

Ooooeee! Of course a pizza slice wouldn't go very far on carpet either. Perhaps a little skateboard made to look like a pizza slice?

ROFL my ferrets prefer to walk all over said pizza and eat huge chunks of cheese, or run off with it and hide it under the bed O_O

Ah, my young friend. Perhaps you can go to a pet store up there in he Toronto area, and start asking questions about keeping a ferret as a pet. If you get a chance to hold and pay with one of these amazing little creatures, you'll probably find out quickly why they're the only pet that could be classified as a "Liquid." (It's because they will "Dribble" through one's fingers and run all over the place.)
