Yohan, has been staying with a crossfox clan to learn more about carpentry from them which was a bit of a change for him to be so far from home, but also fitting in with foxtaur culture. He certainly was not prepared for the Obligation... With females outnumbering males not every female is going to find a mate so the obligation was created so single females could have kits of their own with one of the available males of age. Yohan was exampt from this at first but after staying with in the foxtaur village for over a year it was decided he would be eligible for the obligation even though he isn't a foxtaur.

It seemed that none of the vixens would pick him because of that reason since they wanted kits, but one vixen did get curious about the Draver. So much to his surprise, Vaniya invited him to her den on the last day of the obligation period..
