I cannot find a flaw with this one arti.... It is truely breathtaking. The entire scene is nearly immaculate (its on my shitty TV so its only as good as a 25 year old TV can render) but reguardless the two characters : your character Arti the onion headed celebi and the growlithe/Vee? looks like a hybrid with the headfloof... but it must be a growlithe, are drawn wonderfully well their colors are smooth and lifelike and there is a bond that is shown between them. Close friends? maybe intimate? the sky and sunset is also wonderfull i love the tiny secrets you hide in your art, they are done so well ^u^

I cannot find a flaw with this peice so it gets a easy 9/10.
