My new Pokefusion character! They are a Vaporeon fused with a Chi-yu :)

They are a fire/water type and have a jolly nature. They are known as the Mystic Steam Pokemon. Chipori-yu's controls the temperature of its body. When out of water, it is constantly creating a soothing steam that a lot of pokemon/people use to rejuvenate. When submerged in water it can heat it's body and all Water heats up rapidly and boils around them.
