Coat of arms of the city of Zilant/Zilantovsk. Layout.
I missed something alternative, it's a pity I'm not an artist and don't have the money for them, they would have made it much more original and beautiful than this, but what we have is what we have.
This is the unofficial (for now) coat of arms of the city of Zilant or Zilantovsk (since there are no separate designations for the second word in Tatar yet, here it will essentially be the same thing, except that Zilantovsk will be supplemented with the Russian name in its coat of arms), which will be the first city in history with a vowel coat of arms (which means that what is on the coat of arms corresponds to the name, like Arkhangelsk with the archangel trampling the devil, something like that).
Zilant itself, with mosques in the background, is located in the centre, slightly above the waves symbolising the Kama and Volga rivers. On the right side is a crown, as a connection to Kazan, where all this comes from. On the left is a hammer with a gear, a symbol of progress and new construction, and at the bottom is a red poppy, my vision of the national flower of the Kazan Tatars, and Zilant's personal flower. The name of the city is written in Tatar. The coat of arms shield is made non in a ‘French’ shape, which is unusual for almost all Russian cities, but rather in its own Kazan style, as a response to the Moscow coats of arms of districts and municipalities in Moscow, such as Zamoskvorechye, in order to stand out.
This is the folio I came up with)
