this started off as an attempt at inking and coloring this old drawing, and along the way I thought to depict the two characters in different visual styles- that's why Mrs. Scratchy (on the left) has that film grain effect on her and Giggles has a cleaner look and the both of them have a degree of chromatic aberration. Then I wanted to make sure the background was "neutral" to both of them stylistically so I photobashed some random pictures I had together.
Then it started to look like a fake album cover so I added a fake album name and fake musician names I made up for the hell of it.
