ingredients
ground beef
black pepper
garlic salt
ultimate garlic seasoning
sage
paprika
parsley
rosemary chopped
diced onions
diced jalapenos
chalula hot sauce
sweet baby rays bbq sauce
horse radish
dukes mayo
horse radish mustard
flower tortilla
cheese
lettuce
tomato
onion slices
sweet coleslaw
step one grab yourself a large mixing bowl, cutting board, large skillet, a cutting board ,pam , and an airfryer.
step 2 spray the skillet with pam .
step3 take a cutting board chop up some onions 1/4 to 1/2 cup will do.
step4 take some pickled or fresh jalapenos and dice them up 1/4 to 1/2 cup will do
step 5 add the onions and peppers to the mixing bowl.
step 6 slice up your tomato and than cut slices in half and place on a plate
step 7 slice some onion up same way you did the tomatoes.
step 8 use pre shredded lettuce you would use for salad place on a plate as well.
step 9 dump 1 tbs of black pepper, paprika, ultimate garlic seasoning, parsley, chives, garlic salt, 1tsp horseradish, rosemary, sage, than your ground beef , hot sauce, sweet baby rays bbq sauce 1/4 cup than mix ingredients really well.
step 10 after the ingredients are well mixed take a large tortilla than take some raw meat onto the tortilla and spread the meat across the tortilla till it is evenly spread across the tortillas and that the meat is flat as it can be.
step 11 turn your stove to a medium heat than place the skillet you spayed pam onto on the stove than to warm up.
step 12 place the first tortilla with the meat meat side into the frying skillet using your hand, spatula ,or a paper plate cook the meat for 7 to 9 minutes i went for 8 minutes personally.
step 13 after the meat has cooked all the way thru with your timer take a large glass plate and place it serving side down on top of the tortilla. than take the skillet over to the counter with a towel waiting flip the skillet over to the plat and set the plate n the towel careful of any hot grease or juice.
step 14 repeat step 13 until you have cooked all your tortillas.
step 15 place your mayo ,mustard, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and slaw to the tortilla on top the meat
than roll the tortilla up .
step 16 when you have 2 wraps ready you can place in a air fryer spray with pam cook at 400 degrees for 5 minutes
step 16.5 if you dont have a air fryer you can get away with using a regular oven
step 17 repeat step 16 until all wraps outer shells are golden toasted.
after the burger wraps have been coked and toasted serve and eat with your choice of dipping sauce.
these are sweet ,spicy , savory, smokey would be the words to describe these.
side note i spread the meat a little thicker than in the video so i cooked longer than the video said to play things safely.
