Starting to get into Twisted Wonderland and I've always wondered what the other Disney Villain based characters would look like if they ever appeared in the game/manga. So here is my take on Vasu, based on Kaa from the Jungle Book.
Vasu is the expelled student from Scarabia. He uses hypnosis to feed off of magic/students' energy. He is still lurking around Night Raven College and always be the eyes and ears.
