Okay, I just threw this together on a whim, but it came out WAY better than I expected.
Also, it only took about 20-30 minutes total to make, including prep and cleanup.
(Yes, I'm a fan of Toriel, sue me! XD )
Ingredients:
1 3.4 oz pack of Butterscotch Pudding and Pie Filling (used a store brand here)
1 16 oz contained of heavy whipping cream
2 tsp Cinnamon, (heap them if you want more cinnamon flavor)
1/4 tsp salt
1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust (The level in this one is a little low because all I could find was a 10-inch)
Add the heavy cream, pudding mix, cinnamon and salt to a mixing bowl
Mix all ingredients until combined
using an electric mixer, whip to stiff peaks (You do NOT want to do this by hand, trust me. It gets VERY stiff)
scoop into pie crust and smooth out with a spatula
chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until ready to serve
The butterscotch flavor was a little subdued and the cinnamon came on strong (I used the heaped tablespoons)
the consistency was similar to a whipped cream cheese and the crust surprisingly didn't absorb any liquid, staying nice and surprisingly crisp
Please enjoy
